Professional Experience
I began my legal career in Mexico City, graduating as valedictorian in June 2013. My journey continued as I simultaneously pursued work and studies, specializing in Tax Law. In 2016, I earned my first master’s degree in Tax Law with honors at Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. Throughout my time in Mexico City, I prioritized public service and provided assistance to clients with tax-related issues. Subsequently, I pursued further legal education in Dallas, Texas, and started working in Immigration Law Firms in the DFW area since May 2018. After obtaining my license in April 2022, I have dedicated myself exclusively to the practice of immigration law. My practice includes a wide range of immigration matters, including some investor and work visas, family-based relief, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJs), VAWA petitions, U visas, and removal defense.
Why I work in Immigration
Inspired by my mentors who demonstrated that the true calling of the legal profession lies in serving others, as well as the values instilled throughout my upbringing, I became an immigration attorney out of a deep commitment to serving individuals and families who are often underrepresented in the legal system.
I am passionate about advocating for immigrants, particularly those from minority communities, who deserve a fair and compassionate path forward. I firmly believe that attorneys should seek to advance justice, assist individuals in need, and make meaningful contributions to society.
