Computer Systems Analyst
Daniel Salazar is the office’s computer systems analyst. Mr. Salazar makes sure that everything in terms of technology is working properly. His main responsibility is to analyze how each employee works and then determine any issues that may be affecting the quality of work. Once the issues are identified, Mr. Salazar proposes and implements, the changes necessary and suggests a variety of technology based solutions to improve the work. Not only does Mr. Salazar suggest the use of existing software, but he also develops tailor made software solutions.
He has already developed the software that manages and tracks the case files in the office, and he is currently developing a case management system that will improve our processing time for each case, while still maintaining a high level of quality in our work. He has over 7 years of experience developing software, of which more than 3 have been dedicated to software development for legal purposes.
Education
Daniel Salazar is a computer technician since 2006, and has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at El Paso, which he received in 2011.
