Eleazar Gonzalez is a Litigation Paralegal who joined the Law Office of Felipe Millan, P.C., in October, 2007. Before the Law Office of Felipe Millan, P.C., Mr. Gonzalez worked for the Diocesan Migrant and Refugee Services from 2004 thru 2007.

During his time here Mr. Gonzalez began assisting attorneys in the VAWA unit, and was later transferred to the litigation department. The 3 years of experience gained at the dioceses would serve as the foundation of a career of more than a decade in immigration law.

Mr. Gonzalez’s areas of expertise include removal cases, consular processing, and also criminal cases at both the federal and state level.

His emphasis is to provide assistance to the attorneys with removal cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and before the United States Citizen and Immigration Service (USCIS).


Eleazar Gonzalez graduated from the El Paso Community College in 2005 and received an Associates of Applied Science as Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
